AMAB OMNIX is developing a new advisory framework designed to support investors, companies, and project owners through three interconnected service areas:

• Engineering, Industrial, and Business Development Advisory
The proposed framework aims to support clients from the initial assessment of an opportunity through feasibility evaluation, organizational readiness, and practical implementation planning.
Potential services include market and technical studies, capital and operating cost assessments, financial modelling, scenario and risk analysis, process development, policies and procedures, performance indicators, governance frameworks, industrial opportunity assessment, operational improvement, technical and commercial proposals, market-entry support, and partnership development.
These services are currently under development and will be introduced progressively after defining the appropriate scope, delivery model, and specialist or accredited technical partnerships required for each project.
Our objective is not simply to add a long list of services, but to build a credible advisory capability that can be delivered responsibly, practically, and according to the specific requirements of each client and project.
